Shelar Supremus stands on Khadakpada Road at Beturkar Pada, Khadakpada, Kalyan West 421301, in Thane district, within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The developer gives the site address as near Shelar Residency, opposite Gaavdevi Hotel. Shelar Residency is a wayfinding landmark only: it is a separate building under a separate promoter and it has no connection to this project beyond being on the same road.
Beturkar Pada is the pocket where the Kalyan West retail belt meets the older residential lanes behind it. That is the whole appeal of the address. You are inside the convenience of Khadakpada without living on the arterial itself.

Read those the way you should read every builder drive time: as an off-peak estimate. Our own corroborated distances put D Mart at roughly 1.7 km, which is a very different journey at 9 a.m. on a weekday than at 3 p.m. on a Tuesday. Rail, road and the metro question
Kalyan Junction, roughly 2.2 km away, is the connection that underwrites property values in this whole pocket. It is one of the busiest junctions on the suburban and long-distance network, and the entire Kalyan West market prices off access to it.
On the metro, be careful about what you are told. Kalyan has no operating metro line today. Line 12, planned between Kalyan and Taloja, is under construction. Anyone describing this address as metro-connected in the present tense is describing something that does not exist yet, and a corridor under construction is an upside case, not a current amenity. Buy the address for the station, the road network and the neighbourhood; treat the metro as a bonus if and when it opens.
What Beturkar Pada is actually like
It is an established, low-rise-into-mid-rise residential pocket rather than a new frontier. Daily needs are walkable or a short drive, the retail belt at Khadakpada covers the weekly shop and the electronics-and-cinema outing, and the lanes behind the main road are quiet in a way the arterial is not.
