Shelar Supremus is developed by Shelar Realty, the promoter named on the MahaRERA record, and is registered with MahaRERA under PR1330002500941. All trademarks, project names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification only.
This is not an offer
Nothing on this website is an offer, an invitation to offer, or a contract of any kind. No booking, allotment or right of any nature arises from anything published here. The only documents that create rights are the registered agreement for sale and the allotment letter issued by the promoter.
Images are artistic impressions
Every render on this website is an artistic impression released by the developer. None is a photograph of a completed building, because the project is under construction with a MahaRERA-registered completion date of December 2029. Elevations, finishes, landscaping, furniture, fittings and decor shown in any render are indicative and do not form part of the sale unless expressly written into your agreement. The two typical floor plates and the 5 BHK jodi plan are the developer's own drawings, and dimensions on them are as drawn. The walkthrough video on the home page is real footage of the developer's furnished show flat, which is a sales tool rather than the home you will be handed: the furniture, soft furnishings, fittings and decor in it are staged and are not part of the sale unless the specification annexure to your agreement says so.
Figures are indicative, and some are deliberately withheld
Carpet areas, prices, layouts, specifications, amenities and dates on this website are indicative and subject to change by the promoter and by the sanctioning authorities. The carpet areas, prices, storey count and land area published here are as stated by the developer on his own sale sheet, and the two towers' typical floor plates are his own drawings. Prices are indicative, exclude applicable charges and taxes, and are subject to change. Where no confirmed figure exists, the field is marked on request or omitted: that is currently the case for the total number of flats in the project and for jodi pricing. In every case, the carpet area, price and date written into your registered agreement for sale supersede anything on this page.
The launch offer described on this site, under which the developer states that the first 25 bookings receive exclusive benefits and discounts, is the developer's offer and not ours. No expiry date has been published for it. Nothing on this website constitutes a representation that the offer remains open, and any benefit must be confirmed in writing on the cost sheet before you pay.
The lake view and lake-facing balconies referred to on this site are marketing claims made by the developer. We have not been given the identity of the water body or the specific flats, floors and facings that have the sight line, and nothing on this website should be read as a representation that any particular flat has a lake view.

Statements attributed to the developer are the developer's. Where we describe distances or landmarks, they are approximate and were compiled from publicly available sources at the time of writing. Drive times attributed to the developer are the developer's estimates, not our measurements. Verify anything that matters to your decision yourself.
Verify with MahaRERA
Registration PR1330002500941, the sanctioned plans, the registered completion date and the quarterly progress updates for this project can and should be verified on the MahaRERA portal at maharera.maharashtra.gov.in before you pay any booking amount.
