What we collect
- What you type into an enquiry form: your name, mobile number, and optionally an email address, a preferred configuration and a message.
- Basic analytics: pages viewed, approximate location at city level, device and browser type, and how you arrived, collected through Google Analytics 4.
- Nothing else. We do not ask for identity documents, income proof, PAN or Aadhaar on this website. If anyone asks you for those over email in our name, do not send them.
Why we collect it
The enquiry details exist so that a human being can call you back about Shelar Supremus with the cost sheet, the layouts and a site-visit slot. That is the only purpose. Analytics exist so that we can see which pages are useful and fix the ones that are not.
Who sees it
Enquiry details reach our own sales team, and are shared with the developer, Shelar Realty, or its authorised sales channel where that is necessary to register your enquiry, book a site visit or process a booking. We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to unrelated brokers. Our form submissions are processed through Google Workspace services, and analytics are processed by Google.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as we are in contact with you about a property purchase, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Cookies
This site sets the cookies used by Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic. It does not run advertising retargeting pixels. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.
Calls and messages
By submitting an enquiry you agree to be contacted by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email about Shelar Supremus, including where your number is registered on the National Do Not Call registry, for the purpose of that enquiry. Tell us to stop and we will stop.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and enquiry submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection. No transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us using the contact route on this website and we will action it.
